Privacy policy
Draft. Not yet in effect.
The short version: your subscriptions, watchlist and budget stay on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What the app stores, and where
- The streaming services you pay for (price, renewal day, who bills you), your watchlist, your budget, your Amazon Prime setting, the plan actions you've marked done, and your "what you paid before" list.
- All of it is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage, protected by iOS file encryption. It's included in your device's normal iCloud or computer backup, like other app data. We don't have a copy.
- Deleting the app deletes this data.
What leaves your phone
- Searches and lookups to TMDB (The Movie Database). When you search for a title, the search text is sent to TMDB. To show where a title streams, the app asks TMDB about that title. Posters are loaded from TMDB's image servers. Like any website, TMDB receives your IP address with these requests. TMDB's own privacy policy applies to that data. Streaming availability is provided to TMDB by JustWatch.
- Links you tap. Cancel and restart links open the streaming service's or your billing provider's website or app (for example Apple or Netflix). What happens there is covered by their privacy policies.
- Nothing else. Your subscriptions, prices, watchlist and savings are never sent anywhere.
What we don't do
- No account or sign-in, so we don't collect your name, email or password.
- We never ask for or store your streaming-service passwords.
- No advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs, and no data sold or shared.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your phone (local notifications). No push server is involved.
Children
The app isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this changes (for example, if we add accounts or a server), we'll update this page and the date above.
